Dark Side of the Morning View essays
Clouded Side of the Morning View expositions An examination of tunes by Pink Floyd and Incubus Twenty-six years separate the arrivals of two tunes by Pink Floyd and Incubus, both entitled Wish You Were Here. An enormous fan base developed from these tunes that later turned out to be raving successes and radio wireless transmission staples. In spite of the fact that Pink Floyd developed out of England during the 1960s, their music before long got well known in the U.S. with most of their records being sold in the states. So also, Incubus got mainstream in the U.S. in the mid 90s when the band shaped in secondary school. The two variants of Wish You Were Here are instances of American famous music that, however share a similar title, are two totally various melodies that contrast both in the general inclination they instigate and their instrumentation. It is just melodiously that these two pieces are comparative. It is essential to initially take note of that Incubus Wish You Were Here isn't a front of Pink Floyds melody, yet rather a totally unique piece with a similar title. Consequently, it is anything but difficult to perceive how the verses are both unique and comparable simultaneously. The verses of these two tunes are comparative in that the two vocalists are sending an undeniable message to a companion of theirs. The Incubus form makes definite symbolism that portrays the lead vocalists (Brandon Boyd) interest with his environmental factors, in particular his evening waterfront. From this interest rises Boyds want to have his loved one (however not expressly characterized) with him to appreciate the view, thus the line I wish you were here. This is like Pink Floyds form in that the lyricist Roger Waters wants for his old guitarist Syd Barret to be with him in the account studio. In any case, the two verses differentiate in that Incubus form summons a celebratory state of mind while Pink Floyds adaptation is to a greater extent a discouraged melody that originates from a feeling of misfortune. ... <!

Permissive parents tend to be very loving, yet provide few guidelines and rules. These parents do not expect mature behavior from their children and often seem more like a friend than a parental figure. These parents tend to be the polar opposite of the so-called helicopter parents. Instead of hovering over their childrens every move, permissive parents are incredibly lax and rarely make or enforce any type of rules or structure. Their motto is often simply that kids will be kids. While they are usually warm and loving, they make little or no attempt to control or discipline their kids. Because there are few rules, expectations, and demands, children raised by permissive parents tend to struggle with self-regulation and self-control. Early Research on Permissive Parenting Based on her research with preschool-age children, developmental psychologist Diana Baumrind described three major parenting styles. In later years, researchers would continue to investigate the different styles of parenting and even added a fourth style. Permissive parenting is one of the original parenting styles described by Baumrind. Permissive parenting is sometimes known as indulgent parenting. Parents who exhibit this style make relatively few demands on their children. Because these parents have low expectations for self-control and maturity, discipline is a rarity. According to Baumrind, permissive parents are more responsive than they are demanding. They are nontraditional and lenient, do not require mature behavior, allow considerable self-regulation, and avoid confrontation. Characteristics of Permissive Parenting Permissive parents: Have few rules or standards of behaviorWhen there are rules, they are often very inconsistentAre usually very nurturing and loving towards their kidsOften seem more like a friend, rather than a parentMay use bribery such as toys, gifts, and food as a means to get a child to behaveProvide little in the way of a schedule or structureEmphasize their childrens freedom rather than responsibilityAsk their childrens opinions on major decisionsRarely enforce any type of consequences The Effects of Permissive Parenting Researchers have found that the overly relaxed approach to parenting exhibited by permissive parents can lead to a number of negative outcomes. Children raised by permissive parents tend to lack self-discipline, possess poor social skills, may be self-involved and demanding, and may feel insecure due to the lack of boundaries and guidance. Research has also suggested that kids raised by permissive parents: Display low achievement in many areas. Because their parents have little to no expectations of them, these kids have nothing to strive toward. Studies have linked permissive parenting to lower academic achievement.Make poor decisions. Since their parents to not set or enforce any type of rules or guidelines, these kids struggle to learn good problem-solving and decision-making skills.Display more aggression and less emotional understanding. Because they do not learn to deal with their emotions effectively, particularly in situations where they do not get what they want, children with permissive parents may struggle when faced with stressful or emotionally difficult situations.May be more prone to delinquency and substance use. Studies suggest that children raised by permissive parents are more likely to engage in misconduct and alcohol or substance use.Unable to manage their time or habits. Because of the lack of structure and rules in the home, these kids never learn limits. This mi ght lead to watching too much television, playing too many computer games, and eating too much. These children never learn to limit their screen time or eating habits, which can lead to unhealthy habits and obesity. In one study, permissive parenting was linked to underage alcohol use; teens with permissive parents were three times more likely to engage in heavy drinking. Researchers also suggest that permissive parenting is linked to other risky behaviors such as drug use and other forms of misconduct. Because permissive parenting involves a lack of demands and expectations, children raised by parents with this style tend to grow up without a strong sense of self-discipline. They may be more unruly in school due to the lack of boundaries in the home and may be less academically motivated than many of their peers. Since these parents have few requirements for mature behavior, children may lack skills in social settings. While they may be good at interpersonal communication, they lack other important skills such as sharing. What Can You Do About Permissive Parenting? If you tend to be a pushover or struggle to enforce rules, consider looking for ways that you can develop some more authoritative parenting habits. This can be difficult at times, because it often means becoming stricter, enforcing rules, and being able to cope with your child being upset. Some strategies you might consider: Develop a list of basic household rules. In order for your kids to know how they are supposed to behave, they need to clearly understand what your expectations are.Make sure your kids understand the penalty of breaking the rules. Guidelines are useless unless there is some sort of consequence for failing to follow them. Time-outs and losing privileges are logical consequences for breaking the household rules.Follow through. This can be the greatest struggle for parents who tend to be permissive, but it is important. Try to be firm and consistent, but still loving. Help your kids understand why such rules are important by providing adequate feedback and explanations, but still make sure that consequences are in place.Reward good behavior. Try to catch your children being good and allow special privileges when they display these actions. A Word From Verywell Permissive parenting can lead to a number of problems, so it pays to consciously try to utilize a more authoritative approach if you recognize these signs of permissiveness in your own parenting. If you tend to be more of a permissive parent, think of ways that you can help your children understand your expectations and guidelines and be consistent about your enforcement of these rules. By providing your kids with the right balance of structure and support, you can ensure that they grow up with the skills they need to succeed in life.

Against Capital Punishment - 1084 Words
Against Capital Punishment If we look at the law, it says that murder is illegal. So is it right to be able to kill people because of a crime or because someone took another personââ¬â¢s life in the name of justice? Capital Punishment is not only morally wrong, but it is the ultimate inhuman punishment. Bryan Stevenson, an attorney for death row inmates states, ââ¬Å"The reality is that capital punishment in America is a lottery. It is a punishment that is shaped by the constraints of poverty, race, geography and local politicsâ⬠(Rutherford.org). Capital punishment is not just looked at by the crime someone has committed; it looks at how much money one has, where one lives and oneââ¬â¢s ethnicity. Capital punishment is not only morally wrong, but it is the ultimate inhuman punishment. People believe that states that have allowed the death penalty have lower crime and violence rates. That is no true. Over the past years the death penalty has been dropped off in North Car olina, and according to the Department of Justice, the murder rates for North Carolina have dropped increasingly since the state had decided to stop pushing for the death penalty (nccadp.org). People often do a crime when they are under the influence of items like dugs, or alcohol. Paul of Tarsus Free Essays
Paul of Tarsus or Saint Paul is considered by many Christians today to be the most important disciple of Jesus, and beside this the second important found in the development of Christianity. Saint Paul had a major impact on the spread of Christianity, contributing to the underlying unity of the religious tradition by helping expand Jesusââ¬â¢ original teachings into a developed integrated belief system. The reason why Paul of Tarsus was one of the most significant persons in Christianity is because of his contributions of the development of Christianity, establishing it as a destructive and flourishing tradition. We will write a custom essay sample on Paul of Tarsus or any similar topic only for you Order Now Some of Paulââ¬â¢s contributions were his missionary journeys. Paulââ¬â¢s mission journeys are best understood as systematic plan to take Christianity to Gentiles. His Roman citizenship helped him in considering how widespread Christianity could be. The Christian missions as the disciples understood it was a Jewish mission; the preparations for the end of time involved only the chosen people. Paulââ¬â¢s great innovation was the successful expansion of the Christian mission to include Gentiles; in the end, this was why Christianity survived as a religion. Paulââ¬â¢s Missionary Journeys worksheet). Although many of Paulââ¬â¢s teachings have been contributed in the formation of Christianity, his teachings have also caused many controversies for the faith. This started with his controversial championing of the Gentiles but also caused other strong divisions in early Christianity. Other elements of Paulââ¬â¢s teachings eventually stimulated the Reformation- the pre-emine nt schism in the history of Christianity. In addition, still others of Paulââ¬â¢s words cause controversy for the modern Christian Church in ââ¬Ëhisââ¬â¢ insistence on a subservient role for women and his condemnation of homosexuality. As a member of the Hellenic world, Paul recognised the relevance of the message of Christianity beyond the Jewish faith. He became an advocate for the inclusion of the Gentiles among the true followers of Christianity. Until Paulââ¬â¢s challenge, Jewish Christians believed that non-Jews had to convert to Judaism and follow the law, which included restrictions and circumcision. Gentiles who worship in the synagogue but did not become proselytes were called god-fearers and were only second-class citizens in the synagogue. As the Gentiles did not follow kashruth, many Christian Jews refused to eat with Christian Gentiles, believing them to be unclean and not acceptable. This had implications for church fellowship and for the ritual celebration of the Lordââ¬â¢s Supper. Paul challenged this belief, (Galatians 2: 11-14) most strongly at the Council of Jerusalem in 50 CE. This lead to the decision by the early Christian leaders to enable Gentiles as well as Jews to be followers of Jesus of Nazareth and to call themselves Christians. Permitting freedom from the laws of kashruth and circumcision allowed Christianity to spread more freely amongst the Gentiles and is why Paul is so significant today. (Christianity vs. Judaism worksheet). Paulââ¬â¢s writings on social issues were just as influential on the life and beliefs of the Christian culture, and are still considered part and parcel of the broader Christian doctrine by the more conservative Christians. Paul condemned sexual immorality; homosexuality in particular, apparently based on the strict moral laws of the Old Testament, as well as presumably his own private revelation form the Holy Spirit (1 Cor. 6:9f; Eph, 5:21-33). Some of his other dictums included device to his contemporaries not to marry in the expectation of the near return of Jesus and the Apocalypse; and the command to young men who have trespassed by sleeping with a woman to marry her, a notion that remained prominent in the European culture and the English Common Law until relatively recently. His statements are also apparently critical of women holding visible roles in church leadership. Paul may have been ambivalent towards slavery, saying that pending the near return of Jesus, people should focus on their faith and not on their social status (1 Cor. 7:21f). Due to his authority, these views have had an influence in Western society into modern times; Paulââ¬â¢s failure to explicitly condemn slavery in his Epistle to Philemon may have been sometimes interpreted as justifying the ownership of human beings. Paul of Tarsus helped extend Christianity and had a greater impact on the early religion than anyone else. His connections and Roman citizenship allowed him to spread the Gospel more easily. His wealth helped the poor, which provided good public relations. Paulââ¬â¢s rejection of circumcision and founding of the Roman church allowed the religion to thrive and survive the Jewish Revolt. This significance made Christianity become a separate faith shaped by Paulââ¬â¢s vision of salvation through the Risen Savior, which helped with the expression and development of Christianity today. Although not of all Paulââ¬â¢s letter are established as being from the hand of Paul, all of them show the dominance of his theory. Each of Paulââ¬â¢s letters shared a common purpose- uniting the new believers behind a common theology. Paul was excited about being able to minister at last in this church, and everyone was well aware of that fact (Romans 1:8-15). The letter to the Romans was written from Corinth; however, the significance of Romans if far greater than its relevance just to that city. The Book of Romans is primarily a work of doctrine and can be divided into four sections: righteousness needed, 1:18ââ¬â3:20; righteousness provided, 3:21ââ¬â8:39; righteousness vindicated, 9:1ââ¬â11:36; righteousness practiced, 12:1ââ¬â15:13. Paul first condemns all men of their sinfulness. He expresses his desire to preach the truth of Godââ¬â¢s Word to those in Rome. It was his hope to have assurance they were staying on the right path. He strongly points out that the gospel (Romans 1:16) is the power by which everyone is saved outlining his belief in the risen Christ. The Book of Romans speaks about God, who He is, and what He has done, of Jesus Christ, and what His death accomplished. Paul points out that God did not demand men have their lives straightened out before coming to Christ. From this letter Paul purpose in writing was to proclaim the glory of the Lord Jesus Christ by teaching doctrine and edifying and encourage the believers who would receive his letter. These principles remain at the core of Christian teaching today, partly due to the forces into which Paul presented them. How to cite Paul of Tarsus, Essay examples

Case Study on BHP Billiton â⬠Myassignmenthelp.com
Question: Case Study on BHP Billiton. Answer: Introduction: In order to sustain growth in the competitive global market, it has become necessary for the companies to think of certain market strategies. These strategies are greatly depended on the internal and external environment in which the company operates. Thus, it becomes really vital to analyze the internal and external situation of the company prior setting the strategic plans. It is only after understanding the needs and demands of the consumers of the market, a company would be able to design their product or services aligned to the same requirement (Cardeal Antonio, 2012). The discussion is based on the analysis of the strategic issues and strategic options available to BHP Billiton. This would be done on the basis on evaluating the resources of the company. An analysis of the resources on the basis of resources, acceptability, and coherent, effective and sustainable framework of the company will be done. Among the various strategic options available to the company, the best choice of the available strategies will also be analysed. It has become important for the company bring strategic changes in their operation to meet the demand of the dynamic environment. Contemporary situation of BHP Billiton: BHP Billiton is a leading global resource company. It is an Australian company dealing associate with mining and petroleum products. It is headquartered in Melbourne. BHP Billiton is the largest mining company in the globe. The company operates in a diverse market with a rich quality asset portfolio. It deals with both conventional and non-conventional resources such as coal and uranium, and oil and natural gas to mention a few products. This can be regarded as the core competency of the firm. This diverse nature of the business along with low expenditure helps the company to keep their financial position strong. It is one of the advantages that the company takes benefit of this. However, the company is facing recent challenges due to the growing competition in the market is creating threat for the company. Again, the company is facing competitive issues and fall in demand in the market of China, which is an important market for the company to operate (BHP Billiton, 2016). They focus greatly towards the quality of the materials that they use. The company has a low cost, expandable and diverse nature of commodities that makes the company a successful one in the market (Fullan, 2014). However, in the contemporary situation, due to increasing number of competition and certain uncertainty as well, the company has to confront with certain strategic issues. These can be discussed as under: Reduction in per unit cost: In the current situation, there has been reduction in the labour cost per unit in the market. Due to this, the company had to suffer great loss in the market because of the reduction of the expected business of the company (Knott, 2015). Continuous optimization reduced expected share: With continuous optimization of a number of competitors and new entrants in the market, the share of the company has been observed to get reduced (Hay Marsh, 2016). This has created inefficiency in the strategic planning of the management of the company. Market volatility: There has been standard reduction in the return of the product in the market. On one side, there has been considerable rise of the price of the raw materials but on the other hand there has been no such valuable return from the market. This has also resulted in the strategic issues of the company (Lestari, Ismail Mansur, 2014). Geopolitical instability: The world is witnessing the instability of the geo political condition. There has been regular interventions and creation of chaotic condition among the government of various countries. As a result of which, many companies have to suffer in their business. Same kind of scenario has been witnessed by BHP Billiton as well (Morrison Sacchetto, 2014). This has also become one of the crucial issues in framing the strategy of the company. Other issues: Apart from these issues, the company also faces certain internal issues regarding the employees management. It has been pointed out that it is due to the lack of proper training that the skills of the labour are not rectified properly (Jeppesen et al., 2015). The probable outcome of the effective production from the employees is not achieved for the same reason. Strategic option available: In order to understand the strategic options available to a company understanding the internal and external environment is important. Internal analysis is done to explore the competencies of an organization on the basis of its cost position and competitive viability in the market of operation (Scott, 2013). When an internal environmental analysis is done, the company is able to understand its strengths and weaknesses along with the opportunities and strengths available for the company. The data and information gathered from the analysis help the company to develop the strategic planning to sustain and grow in the operating market (Morrison Sacchetto, 2014). The RACES framework can be evaluated for understanding the strategic options available to the company. Resources: Resources are of two types, tangible and intangible. Tangible resources are the employees and staffs working for the company. The materials available for the company to operate are also the tangible resources. On the other hand, intangible resources are the service and the threats of the competitors that the company has to confront with (Collan et al., 2014). A company is availed with various types of resources that help them to judge their position in the market and their ability to compete with the competitors. At the time of setting the strategies for the company, it is expected that the management should keep a good account of the resources available to them. The resources of BHP Billiton include human resource, capital and financial capabilities, goods and equipments needed for carrying out their business activities. Branding and loyalty are also counted as the resources of the company. The borrowing capacity of the firm, counted as one of the tangible resources also adds benefits to the company (Hay Marsh, 2016). The management is very efficient and uses the intangible resources such as the trademark, trade secrets and copyrights of the materials and equipment available to the company. In fact, motivation and rewarding programs of the employees can also be regarded under the intangible resources of the company. Acceptable: Every organization has a number of stakeholders whose views typically vary from the view point of the management of the organization. The strategies put forwarded by the company would be able to make changes in the thinking of the consumers and make them acceptable among them, is what known as the acceptable or acceptability factor a company. It is more often related to the acceptability of the stakeholders of the company (Hartmann, 2016). In order to gain financial stability and control over the funding of the business, it is much required to get hold of the acceptability factor of the stakeholders. In case of Billiton, it might be bringing to limelight that the relationship with the stakeholders of the company is quiet efficient and the company has been operating under a peaceful and unified condition. The strategies or plans brought by the management of the team are put into operation only when the members are in favour the plan. Coherent: For the sake of continuing with the process of value chain and the culture and architecture of the operation of the business of the company, it is necessary to fix the criteria based on which the job has to be done. Coherent is defined as the fixed strategic options that the companies use to operate in the market. Brand value and reputation plays a vital role in shaping the image of the company or firm (Pieterse, 2015). This factor is also considered as one of the assets of the company. Culture and architecture of the organization also has some part to play in the coherent culture of the organization. It has to be included in this fact that it is also required to understand that a company should not overload itself in the process of value chain. As recommended by Ackermann and Eden, (2010), a company should not be overloaded with the process of manufacturing and positioning of the product of the company. BHP Billiton operates on supply chain. However, the management of the company is capable enough to tackle the situation of the value based and supply chain analysis. The company take active note of the use of technology in the regular operation of their work. All these factors add to the better coherent condition of the company. Effective: As suggested by Eden and Ackermann, (2012), the effectiveness of the strategies applied by the companies, it is expected that all the strategic plans cannot have the same level of effectiveness. Values derived from the knowledge and not from the materials available to the company are regarded as the core competencies of the firm. The strategies undertaken by the company are very effective towards framing a better business model. Effective approaches have been made towards increasing the effectiveness of the employees in the company. For the sake of improving their output, they are given proper training. In fact, to motivate the employees to come out with better results, incentive and better pay options are also offered to them. Sustainable: Sustainability indicates the thinking of an organization towards the betterment of the environment. As stated by Rosenhead and Mingers, (2012), it is a responsibility of the companies operating in the market to think of all the possible ways that they can made to improve the condition of the degrading environment. Sustainability approach is necessary to leave a better planet for the future. Importance of sustainability cannot be neglected in the current situation of degrading condition of the environment. Same kind of sustainability approaches are made by BHP. They keep great focus in the types of materials that they use for the extraction of the resources (Beck, 2015). Apart from this, the company also focus on the health and security of the workers working in the mines for the extraction of the minerals. With the above analysis, it can be easily said that there are lot of strategic options available for the company to use it for the betterment of the function and operation of the company. Using the available strategy, the company can easily serve the prospected customers and the need of the company can be met easily. Strategic choice: BHP Billiton has the capability to fight with the strategic issues faced by the company. Capabilities are seen as the capability of the firm to use the resources available to them efficiently. When a firm is able to use its resources, it shows the potential of the firm to achieve their desired objectives. It depends greatly on the capability of the management team to make use of the resources available to them to achieve their goal and target in the business. As pointed out by Hjorts, (2014), correct integration and interaction of the stake holders of the company will be able to avail ultimate success to the company. It is expected that a firm would use the combination of both tangible and intangible resources for carrying out their business activities to satisfy the need of the customers. The capability of BHP Billiton cannot be declined. The company has been operating for a long time and is one of the reputed and successful companies in its industrial sector. Both human resource and the force and equipment available to the company are used with great efficiency to fight against the increasing competitive nature of the market (Dobrzykowski, Hong Soon Park, 2012). The company ensures to take complete advantage of the tangible and the intangible resources available to them. It can be said that among the various strategic options available to the company, using the human resource and the availability of the capital and financial strength would help the organization to gain better results of the strategic options that the company wants to apply. With the available resources, there is great opportunity for the company to expand in various others markets and not limited to those places where the company is already operating (Liu et al., 2013). Thus, the problems faced by the company in China can be easily neglected if a better market is selected for spreading their wings. Justification of the choice: The company has good reputation in the domestic market and using the same available tangible resource, the company can capture the market much easily than that would be for a new or not established company. Again, in this respect, it can be mentioned that in the age of globalization and open market economy, prosperous approach towards expanding the business in various part of the globe can be easily done (Wilden, Devinney Dowling, 2013). The effectiveness of the management of the company cannot be denied and using the same approach, betterment in the structure and culture of the organization can be checked. It is recommended that a better cultural approach can be made towards shaping the organizational structure. In the era of globalization, quick response from the authority of the company is required. Thus, it can be recommended that the company must not follow a particular hierarchical structure in the management and authority of the company. The employees should be recognised and depending on their capability, they are to be recognized. Focus is to be made towards the use of the materials and other equipment for the working and operation of the company. More approach should be made towards the sustainability of the environment. Apart from that, the companies should make approaches towards carrying out Corporate Social Responsibility and Public Relations. There is no doubt that any kind of approach taken towards CSR and Public relations activities are bound to produce better results for the company. All these activities help to improve the image and reputation of the company. In the age of intense competition, creating a good reputation with the consumers helps the organization to create brand loyalty. In accordance to it, there lay a great opportunity for the company to prosper in the market. Conclusion: The capability of the firm, to fight against the challenges and the strategic issues cannot be declined. A detail analysis has been made of the various approaches made by the company towards strengthening the strategic framework and operates in a competitive and dynamic environment. A detail analysis of the various strategic issues faced by the company in the domestic and in international front as well has been analysed. The options available to the company have been evaluated and then as per understanding, better choice of the available options can be made to use for creating better situation for the company to prosper in the market. To win in a game, planning is worthwhile. To be successful, is to know the talent and resources and take the best advantage from them. For any company, competition and profitability are equally important. Objectives of a firm can easily be fulfilled when the firm evaluate the strategic options and take advantage of them. The internal environmental analysis of the firm helped to understand the availability of the resources of the firm to determine the various approaches that the firm might use to improve the existing strategic options available to them. The Solitude of Prime Numbers Review Essay Example
The Solitude of Prime Numbers Review Paper Essay on The Solitude of Prime Numbers Strange and scary book about loneliness among men. It caused me a different feeling, a whole gamut: bewilderment, horror, sympathy, fear in anticipation of what the next minute can make the characters, in some moments of dislike for him. All exacerbated by a calm, somewhat aloof, cold as a razor blade, narrative, like a statement of fact:. So there Loneliness fills the entire space of the novel, it felt almost physically. It covers absolutely still young, enters their consciousness, disfiguring it and does not let go until the last minute. Amazingly, in the novel there is no happy man: unhappy heroes, hardly happy with their parents, even the star of the Lyceum Viola, leader of svolochnoy Four, and that malice from his loneliness. The only hero, Fabio, the personification of calm, reliable and clear certainty, always smiling, getting into the vicious circle of loneliness, becomes miserable neurotic. And also, I think, now lonely forever. We have dried up by science barren mind . Highly developed intellect becomes the protagonist of his peculiar barrier against the outside world, but it is and prevent him to open his heart to the people close to him, even when he needs it. But if Mattia I can understand, then Alice I often do not understand at all. At first glance, it seems that the hero more brutal and determined, but he and the author does not give any chance to live a different life. Alice also administers its own hands their fate. She refuses all that would take her out of his stupor: the profession, which could well become even substitute feelings of a man who loves her, the very idea of ââ¬â¹Ã¢â¬â¹the capacity of womens happiness. And Im not sure what the cause is love. It seemed to me that in the novel generally very little about love, and therefore, perhaps, so much of loneliness. To the heroes I had an ambiguous attitude. They are, of course, very sorry, but it is a pity that a pity, a pity crippled, dying patients. Personally, I do not cause any more sense. Yes, their life was not originally developed. Here you can blame fate, parents, the case. But at the same time it was given to them, and a great deal: the mind, the talent, the will (though they used it in different ways). And the fact that they met the same can not be dismissed. They have not made any movement in the direction of his happiness. read the novel, and I can not get rid of some inner stupor. So many ugly side of life reflected and so impartial that sometimes scary: it really is our life ? The Solitude of Prime Numbers Review Essay Example The Solitude of Prime Numbers Review Paper Essay on The Solitude of Prime Numbers à « They are connected by invisible but strong thread, hidden under a pile of different things, thread, which can only exist between people, when they saw each others own loneliness . They this is Alice and Mattia the heroes of the novel of the Italian writer Paolo Giordano The author of this book theoretical physicist -. A specialist in elementary particle. The Solitude of Prime Numbers his first experience as a writer. However, it is to my mind immediately able to something that other master of words are in vain for years Paolo Giordano was able to write a book with an unusual story that leaves a mark on the soul of the reader. So, what is this novel? Of course, the loneliness. The fact that not every man is able to find his place in life. Moreover, the more youre not like the other, the harder it is to do it. Very often, the world is hostile to such people. Of course, I will not generalize, the fate of all different, but often it is. We may be difficult to accept people different from the others This is what happened with Alice lame, thin girl and Mattia the guy with the deep psychological trauma due to the fact he was once a child enrolled with her twin sister. Loneliness unites them, but is it enough, when the rest of the world can not understand them, even their own parents. Whether they can be happy in this world? Marijuan issue essays
Marijuan issue essays Californias Medical Marijuana law Under federal law using marijuana in anyway is illegal. But starting on 1996 California passed proposition 215 making it legal to smoke marijuana if you have a serious illness and you need to obtain a doctors recommendation first. This law was passed because marijuana lessens pain and stops nausea from resulting from serious diseases. It also lowers the internal eye pressure associated with glaucoma which slows the process of blindness. It reduces the pain of AIDS patients plus it makes them hungry because of those suffering malnutrition because of AIDS wasting syndrome. It also reduces muscle spasticity and chronic pain because of multiple sclerosis, epilepsy, and spinal cord injuries. In 1998 the U.S. government sued the Oakland Cannabis Buyers Cooperative (OCBC) in federal court for violating the Controlled Substances Act. They want to do this because proposition 215 is very loose. For example to be order to get marijuana you would have to have a illness but it also say that you can use it for any other type of illness for which marijuana provides relief which could be stress, headaches, upset stomach, insomnia....or anything else. You wouldnt even need a written prescription to get it. Anyone with a oral recommendation or approval by a physician can grow, possess, or smoke marijuana. Even little kids can smoke pot legally if they have a prescription. Plus there is no FDA approval for marijuana. The quality, purity and strength of the drug is unregulated. The Government wanted the OCBC to be ban from distributing marijuana to patients. But the OCBC in there defense said that it acted out of medical necessity because of seriously ill citizens, and that such a medical necessity should be an exception to the law. But the district court favored the U.S. government, which caused the OCBC to shutdown. But In May 2001 the Supreme C ...

Electronic Commerce Of Bumble Corporation - Essay Example Therefore usability, persuasion, power, and branding of Bumble Corporation will help the company to concentrate on ways to run a successful online business. The initial key to building a profitable online business is to make the clientââ¬â¢s shopping experience effortless, therefore the company website needs to be extremely user-friendly. Bumble Corporation can thus attain this by ensuring their clients can navigate the website without difficulty and that their clients will always identify where they are on the site as well as easily find the things they are looking for. Another important feature of a successful online business is to have an orderly web page. In this example, it is good to follow the ââ¬Ëless is moreââ¬â¢ principle. Sharp, powerful websites use other techniques for advertising promotions. For example, e-mail newsletters can alert clients to present promotion items that are based on their history of purchase. By utilizing email to bring this extra data, Bumble Corporation could maintain its website free from surplus information, which otherwise could be an overload for the customers. Influencing the client to purchase any product is highly made effective when the companyââ¬â¢s support number is posted on all single pages of the web site. Inventory management ratio analysis of Ford and GM Essay
Inventory management ratio analysis of Ford and GM - Essay Example The inventory turnover ratio determines the managementââ¬â¢s efficiency in converting the available inventory into sales. A low inventory turnover is a bad sign to a companyââ¬â¢s performance since it indicates that the companyââ¬â¢s products risk deteriorating. The companyââ¬â¢s product will diminish in value due to overstaying in the stores. Due to this phenomenon, companies dealing with perishable goods usually have very high inventory turnover (Bull, 78). The average days to sell inventory is a financial measure that gives the willing investors an idea of the duration it takes for converting the available inventory into revenue. Therefore, a companyââ¬â¢s performance ratio determines management efficiency in converting the stock into sales. In most scenarios a low average days to sell ratio is desirable. This ratio varies between industries. The average days to sell ratio is calculated as the total cost of inventory divided by cost of sales and the result got from the computation multiplied by 365 days. An average day to sell ratio forms one part of the cash conversion cycle. It represents the conversion raw material into cash. The dayââ¬â¢s sales outstanding and the dayââ¬â¢s payable outstanding are the other two stages in the cash conversion cycle. By determining how long a company holds on inventory before selling measures the companyââ¬â¢s efficiency ratio. The ratio gives the average time it takes for a companyââ¬â¢s cash to be tied up. The inventory turnover ratio of Ford is 15.9 times while that of GM is 10.0 times.

Argument For And Against Anti Social Behaviour Criminology Essay
Argument For And Against Anti Social Behaviour Criminology Essay What are the main arguments for and against the use of Anti-Social Behaviour Orders? In this essay I will focus on the main arguments against Anti Social Behaviour order (ASBO). This essay will focus on statistic and examining whether or not ASBO been successful in punishing and deterring the criminal behaviour in society by looking at the official statistics of (Home Office 2007) and the effect of media on ASBO. I will first explore what actually anti social behaviour is and what ASBO are. The Anti Social Behaviour (ASBO) has actually been receiving too many attentions in Britain. People in Britain have not faced anything like this before and ASBO led to wider criticism. ASBO came under the crime and disorder act 1998 it is a community based order and that can apply for by the police or local authorities to young people whose behaviour is anti social that causing or likely to cause trouble in community. For many years the number of argument has arisen that the law enforcement agenci es were not enough supportive in dealing with groups of young badly behaved in Britain. The current interest in ASBO may be influenced by the popularity of a rights culture that is peoples right to behave how they like and others to behave they would expect them. It is very important that prevent the ASB from occurring in the first place for example according to the statists the young children like six years old and nine years old they starting to follow the older ones footsteps and start copying them as well as start smoking. When it comes to the positive side they do seem to work. Resident in areas affected by what viewed as yobbish and ASB have reported improvements in their neighbourhood when ASBOs have been issued to young people. In UK the British government has introduced a number of interventions to reduce the anti social behaviour this included the ASBO and the local curfew scheme (Newburn 2007). The ideas was to control youth crime in society with their behaviour that will cause or likely to cause problems. The local curfew schemes declare designated public spaces as places that young people cannot enter at certain times unless accompanied by an adult. According to the recent news a boy who is fourteen year old who was given an ASBO only for kicking footballs against the wall of a neighbours house. He has been forbidden to kick a football in his local area (BBC ). This is led to a demonization and criminalisation of youth and the evidence of the (BCS 2008) showed that youth crime has gone up rapidly. When you talk about the strain theory it suggest that the crime is the result of individuals being blocked in terms of mainstream society from reaching certain goals and under the consequent strain they seek deviant or criminal ways to reach those goals. According to the statistic of Home Office shows that the ASBO have been issued to people who had mental health problems there was an argument for that treatment would be more appropriate to people with m ental health problems. According to the date of home office that shows that young people who had mental problems and learning disabilities was given an ASBO in the UK. The survey of youth offending teams showed that the ASBO had a long term effect on young people and this is led to mental disorders problems includes depression, suicidal problems and personality disorder. ASBO is a considerable cost a lot of money to the state this is because ASBO has to be imposed in court by a magistrate and consequently police, prosecutors and lawyers time is required to prepare the cases and present the case in court this is wasting the governments time and their budgets. The statistics shows that the victims of ASB are often the elderly people, poor and the vulnerable young children. Breach of ASBO is a criminal offense and conviction may result imprisonment of five years. In general most of ASBOs are issued because of regarding the types of behaviour indicated earlier and there have been a inci dent where ASBO have been issued in more unusual circumstances and this led to argument for example in February in 2003 a 16 year old boy was banned from showing his tattoos and wearing a single golf glove this is led to criticism (Home Office 2008). The ASBO makes even more negative perceptions towards on young people in society and classing them as trouble makers in society and worsening relations between young people. Young peoples misbehaviour is becoming more extreme theorists argue that this is a moral panic more a matter of increased media coverage and a growing law and order political agenda (Homel 2005). Critics argue that these prioritise public order to the detriment of young peoples friendship and community networks their opportunities and their quality of life according to the human right everyone has right to live and ASBO as taken their civil liberties rights. Arguments against them include concerns that young peoples rights to anonymity are undermined if they are named and shamed that they demonise young people and unnecessarily bringing more teenagers into the criminal justice system and they stigmatise families (Newburn 2005). The ASB of a few damages the lives of the many it is argued on broken window theory. When there is a broken window and has not been fixed this will increase the number of graffiti and when cars are left abandoned this will affect the vandalism measures as a well as intimidating the elderly people and fear of crime will follow fear will go up and people will trapped at home all the time (Roberts 2005 ). One of the main arguments was that the wide of ASBO has led to discrimination and targeting certain groups of young people in society. According to the survey on young people and children that they havent had any knowledge of ASBO and they felt that ASBO is targeted towards them. Young people between 8 and 14 were ensure about behaviour that they should use to avoid in order to escape having measures used against them by police or local authority. Young people who commit anti social behaviour they are the most vulnerable in society because of their drug and alcohol addiction and mental problems young offenders institutions have argued that the transition from child to adult can be difficult in this situation rather than issue the ASBO to them young people need support to address and manage their behaviour (Smith 2003). According to the survey most of the young people when they been given an ASBO they did not that their behaviours was a anti social in society in this point the government have to educate the children and young people about the definitions of ASBO in schools. Because children take time to learn to abstract sense of right and wrong they may know that they will get into trouble if they behave in a certain way but abstract values develop as they mature into adults. If young children are labelled as criminal only because they have committed minor offences which they know that most of their friends do anyway they will start to believe that they are evil and should be put away or they will feel unfairly treated. A police officer is in the front line and c an have considerable influence on youthful misbehaviour. It is important for the police officer to discriminate between the average childish misdemeanour and the really anti social offender is not an easy task in any situation. Because over reaction to childish misdeeds limits the options for more serious misbehaviour. In todays society the ASB is becoming concerning therefore the government should be looking seriously to amend the laws in order to protect all the population. There is a media effect on ASBO and from TV news and from movies people are getting the wrong. Media plays important role here in my opinion media shows the criminal act and report them to the public in a negative way rather than report them in a positive way. One more importing thing as well as this if the media giving the news related to crime with fascination in this case the crime ratio of that specific crime will increase for example the news always report on ASBO and interviewing young children with them this likely to encourage the young children to become anti social in the community. According to the statistics and evidence the short term prison sentences doesnt work in terms of increasing someones behaviour and when the young children come out of prison it really could be worse. The ASBO may destroy welfare when it is being wrongly applied to vulnerable young children such as the children with mental problems, drug users and prostitutes (Slapper Kelly 2009). On the other hand ASBO may contradict to other social policy such as safety in a community. People mostly get confuse about ASBO that how they should be behave in order to avoid ASBO and most people dont know that what it actually prohibits and what it allows. People who really help like drug addicts e.g. ASBO bans those people with drug addicts , mental problems and instead of using rehabilitation centres and funding educational programs in community it is ridiculous to ban these people from things that they have been addi cted in.

Essay Atheism
Atheism Atheism is the belief in the absence of god or gods and that death marks the end of an individualââ¬â¢s existence. Given that they do not believe in the existence of a god or gods, their ethical goals are determined by secular, or nonreligious, aims and concerns; they are in complete control of their destiny. Most Atheists attribute their history to the Greek and Roman philosophers Epicurus, Democritus, and Lucretius. Even though they did not actually state that god or gods did not exist, they are considered the first Atheist writers. They merely stated that gods were not involved in the life of humans. However, Richard Dawkins is a well-known atheist and regarded as the father of modern Atheism. Over the years, there was a rise in Atheist believers. Thomas Hobbes doubted the literal value of religious books in the 18th and 19th centuries, Ludwig Feuerbach believed that God was invented by humans, and in the late 19th century, it rose again due to Charles Darwinââ¬â¢s th eory of evolution and other scientific advancements that came around. The secularist movement, also in the 19th century, came about to eradicate church involvement in state affairs. The reasons behind an individualââ¬â¢s beliefs in Atheism are usually personal. Many may choose to follow it because they feel that other religions are illogical and that there is not enough support to prove the existence of any god or gods. Additionally, they feel that religion brings about struggle and separation and weaken human rights and impede scientific research. In Atheism, they celebrate birth, marriage, and death. Naming ceremonies welcome babies into the world and family and friends attend. When people get married, it is a non-religious joining; it is extremely personal and reflects no religious rituals or any godly existence. All of their ceremonies are all personal and solidify their belief that they do not require gods or holy writings to dictate their lives or public/personal affairs. Whi le researching Atheism, I was a little skeptical; I have not always heard the best about atheists. The reason I picked this ââ¬Å"religionâ⬠, or lack there-of, is because no one in class did a presentation on it and I was disappointed. I know that what I knew about it was most likely all biased opinion on a belief that many people hate. I was surprised at what I found and glad that I picked it. Atheism, I believe, is highly misunderstood, and hough followers do not have a belief in god or gods, they do, from what I understand, have faith. Faith in themselves. They believe in themselves to be strong enough to develop their own moral compass with out a guideline. I find that empowering. The way that they celebrate birth and marriage was beautiful in its own unique way. They personalize everything, and that makes everything so much more intimate and precious. I am not going to convert or anything like that, but I have developed a deeper understanding for a belief that I had once held in contempt.I hate to say that, but I really did, and I am happy to announce that I have educated myself for the better. Candomble An African-Brazilian religion, Candomble has about two million followers. It is a combination of various beliefs, also known as a syncretic religion. It contains elements of Christianity, particularly of Catholicism, but at its core are the traditional African beliefs of Yoruba, Fon, and Bantu. Roughly translated, Candomble means ââ¬Å"dance in honor of the godsâ⬠, which explains why dance and music play such significant roles in this religion. They worship God, or Oludumare, and deities called orixas that serve Oludumare. They express themselves through dance and music and have no holy scriptures. Its roots can date back to slavery times in Brazil, and ever since then, it has develop into a very popular religion there, namely in Salvador da Bahia. Some followers want to rid the religion of its Christian ââ¬Å"taintâ⬠and return it to its uncorrupted form. In Candomble, good and bad does not exist but bad acts do have their consequences. Each persons goal is to fulfill and carry out their own individual destiny which is controlled by the orixas. Orixas can be defined as ancestors, both recent and ancient. They are also regarded as spirits that can connect humans to the spirit world. A personââ¬â¢s personality is a reflection of his or her own orixa. A group or orixaââ¬â¢s are called Baba Egum, who regulate the moral code or guarantee the continuity of morals from one generation to the next. In Candomble, worship takes place in the form of dances and songs, which allow the orixaââ¬â¢s to enter their body. Both priests and priestesses lead them. Women play a significant role; women who are called ââ¬Å"mothers of the holy oneâ⬠lead services and train others to become priestesses. Temples, or terreiro, are their sacred places of worship and they have indoor and outdoor sections and designated places for t he gods. Candomble is a very spiritual religion that solidified its beliefs while being pressed down by the shackles of slavery. I did not intend to do my second religion on Candomble, but when I stopped to look at it, I absolutely caught my interest.I liked how the orixaââ¬â¢s could link humans to the spirit world; I have always been interested in that kind of stuff. I found this religion to be inspiring and exciting because it is an oral religion and so there are no written scriptures or books. I find it exciting because it is so highly centered on dance and music; more so than any other religion that I have come across. I cannot say that I had a biased opinion when coming into this religion, because I did not even know it existed. I enjoyed learning about it and from what I understand; the followers are very enthusiastic about their religion and remembering their ancestors.

A Curiosity Of Benefits And Self Love - 1463 Words
Mike Kurzydlowski A Curiosity of Benefits and Self-Love in Friendships Reading Aristotleââ¬â¢s Nicomachean Ethics, it is tempting to conclude that Aristotle provides clear explanation about the benefits of friendship and the idea of self-love. Throughout his examples of friendship, Aristotle supports his assumptions with evidence and real-world situations. His arguments about self-love and benefits from having friends seem clear and understandable to the reader. However, Aristotle unsuccessfully explains why friendship is primarily about activity rather than receiving the benefits of friendship. He also ineffectively explains the appropriate amount of self-love one should have. This essay will try to clarify Aristotleââ¬â¢s conditions for a complete friendship and his idea of self-love. When Aristotle discusses friendship, he introduces the idea that a virtuous friend is someone who loves or likes another person for the sake of that other person. He calls ââ¬Å"good willâ⬠the wanting of what is good for the sake of another, and friendship can be defined as shared good will, if each recognizes good will in the other. It seems that Aristotle is leaving room for the idea that in all three kinds of friendships, those based on utility, goodness, and pleasure, the individuals wish each other well for the sake of the other. As Aristotle continues to develop his classification, he chooses not to exploit the possibility that friendships of utility and pleasure desire to benefit the otherShow MoreRelatedA High School Diploma Is No Longer Enough To Ensure Success1481 Words à |à 6 Pagessystem to the forefront of the new flat world that we find ourselves in. Essay Analyzing Career Theories - 964 Words
It is simple to look at an individualââ¬â¢s life and analyze and critique their choices based on our own opinions and experiences. Is that fair? No. We may see their actions clearly but the reasoning behind these is what we should focus on when it comes to judging someoneââ¬â¢s behavior or circumstances. A common judgment made about a person is based on their career. In our society, it would behoove us to look at the path that leads to becoming a doctor instead of a drug dealer. Application of career theories to my own life allows for analyzing past and future career decisions. Hollandââ¬â¢s Theory of Careers states that oneââ¬â¢s vocation is an expression of self, personality, and way of life. I am exceedingly more decisive than in previous years because I am more secure with my internal self and due to my experience, have the capacity to make educated decisions. TRANS Hollandââ¬â¢s Theory of Careers, while very useful, represents a societal failing. Habitually we find ourselves judging people based on their preliminary persona; however, more often than not we find out that there is much more under the surface. Many entertainers appear to be confident and outgoing, but basic psychology confirms that o ften their insecurities drive them to seek approval and praise from the public that comes with those careers. Ginsberg and Superââ¬â¢s Theories of Career Development have one major flaw. This theory does not account for those individuals whom choose a career in childhood and never stray from their initial path. Whereas others come to a standstill at one stage and never complete the process. Although the ability to consistently and effectively apply both of these theories in a myriad of situations speak to their legitimacy, clearly it is necessary to seek other career theories to supplement ones conceptualization of this topic. Organization Capacity in Healthcare Free-Samples for Students
Question: Develop a Short Essay which Demonstrates Critical Analysis/Discussion of the Sydney Community Hospital Organisational Structure and its relationship to the stated Mission, Vision and Strategic Goals of this Organisation. Answer: Introduction The aim of the essay is to develop a proper organizational structure that will help the healthcare organization while providing proper patient care to the population of the region. It is seen that the community is increasing in its population day by day while the number of nursing homes and other healthcare service providers are increasing also. The healthcare service provider chosen for the essay is Sydney Community Hospital. It is seen that the current organizational structure is not capable enough to serve the patient properly. Change management in terms of organizational structure along with the achievement of proposed goals and strategies are to be discussed in the essay in a proper way. Advantages and limitations of the current organizational structure It can be seen that the hospital has a functional bureaucratic organizational structure. Bureaucratic nature of organization is considered as a popular theory that is known for the hierarchical structures with a professional rules, lines, work standards, operating procedures, etc. in order to increase the productivity and efficiency. The advantage of this hierarchical structure in the organization is the clear flow of task among the workers of various management systems. The division of labour along with the work design is responsible for ensuring maintenance of stability and uniform standards of work. There is a clear line of authority and power in the system (Ravaghi, Mannion Sajadi, 2015). The limitation of the organizational structure in the hospital is the limited use of different types of facilities present in the hospital for patient care. The structure provides a general structure of management that is not helping the managers in order to help the patients in their required field. The present structure is not complying with the needs of the current programs of the different fields of operations. The main aspect is the lack of communication between the different forms of management. Need of changing health needs of the population The case study of Sydney Community Hospital (SCH) depicts the fact that the hospital is not able to serve the growing population of the community. The hospital is medium sized and is serving the community of the suburbs of Sydney. Apart from that, it can be seen that the health care service provider is not sufficient enough to meet the required patient care as well as in providing different types of services in improved patient care. It is the reason of the formulating the new organizational structure that will help the hospital in administering proper channels of communication with the required specialty services (Koumaditis Themistocleous, 2014). The government is ready to invest to increase the hospital operations in the field of bed increase along with other departments of medical world. The increased population of that particular community of Sydney is recognized by the government, that is the reason for adapting changes in the hospital operations. Apart from that, the hospital authority itself has reviewed the requirement and needs of the different kinds of growing community. The ranges of services are also need to be changed while implementing different types of systems in the patient care services (Pakarinen et al., 2017). Features of alternative organizational structure It is to be recommended that the proposed organizational structure to the healthcare provider that match with the current change management strategies and the increase of the patient care services. The divisional organizational structure will be perfect to the healthcare service provider as it has many advantages which will help the employees associated with the hospital to provide an improved patient care to the community. It can be said that the divisional organization structure is a type of organization structure which is consisted of different activities such as supervision, task allocation and coordination. The divisional organizational structure is responsible for production of the standardized products and services at low cost and at large volume. Specialization of the task along with coordination are considered as the centralized function in the divisional structure (Konstam et al., 2017). Ways of achieving strategic goals and new mission It can be seen that the most of the health professionals of the healthcare service provider are acquainted with the vision and mission of the organization. Moreover, the senior officials are sometimes become a part of the strategy formation in the aspect of vision and mission. The elements of the strategy in the new vision and mission of the hospital must align with the current scope of development and the community needs along with the development of the healthcare service provider in the Sydney region (Lee, Kozlenkova Palmatier, 2015). With the constant changing environment in the health care sector, the clinical managers and leaders are appeared to be continuous implementation of the various services with proper planning and redesign. The mission and vision of the hospital is to provide a positive patient care and health experiences to the population in the region. The multi-disciplinary teams of the hospital are focused in providing different types of high quality patient care t hat are efficient, effective that are capable of responding to the changes of the health needs of the community in the suburbs of Sydney. Moreover, the common functions that can be included in the organization are human resources, administration, marketing of services, etc (Pettigrew, 2014). Lines of authority and responsibility in the new structure However, it can be said that the lines of authority and responsibility in the new structure must be flexible in terms of meeting the strategic goals, as well as the vision and mission of the health care sector. The lines of authority consist of CEO of the organization under which COO, CFO, CTO, etc. Under the heads of these departments, executives and managers are there who are responsible for managing the hospital operations for the improved patient care along with the collaboration of the various teams of the health care service provider (Guadalupe, Li Wulf, 2013). In this new divisional organizational structure, the responsibilities of the workers are clear and are dedicated to the strategic goals. The main aim of the authorities is responsible for accountability for patient outcomes, patient outcomes, and resource utilization. The aspect of resource utilization is considered as the main responsibility of the team while defining the strategic goals and mission of the health care service provider towards providing positive health care services. The structure will help in achieving the goals, as the communications between the various authorities of the companies are more flexible than previous (Joseph, Klingebiel Wilson, 2016). Advantages and limitation of the new structure The divisional organizational structure is chosen has many advantages and disadvantages. The advantage of divisional structure of organization is the delegated authority of the different employees of the organization. The performances of the organization along with the workers are the measured within the group. Hence, if the level of performance of the work is low then it can be improved in this form of organizational structure. In this system of organizational structure, the leaders of the team can feel free while discussing the problems with the different groups regarding the changes (Van der Voet, 2014). On the other hand, the disadvantages of the divisional structure of organization is that the number of divisions. In terms of politics in the office, the divisions of the organization in many circumstances are not efficient enough while utilizing the resources properly. Executive leadership is considered as the single most determinant in order to mitigate the problems that can cause in the divisional structure of organization. The shares pool of resources is sometimes in terms of the government sponsorship that can lead to the unhealthy rivalries (Fan, Wong Zhang, 2013). Ways of achieving patient care and community The new plan for the change management of the health care service provider is to provide positive healthcare services to the growing population of the community. In the new organizational structure proposed by the senior management authority of the hospital, the strategic goals of the hospital in order to serve the community in a better way by considering the newly stated goals and objectives of the health care services are to be provided (Ashkenas, Ulrich, Jick Kerr, 2015). The changes in the healthcare environment will definitely bring positive impacts in the community that is responsible for the different types of developmental activities of the hospital. The specialized services will be provided to the patients with the expectation of better patient outcomes. Conclusion It can be concluded that the government of the country has allocated resources in order to develop the facilities of the hospital while restructuring the organizational structure by mitigating the need of the change. It can be said that the employees of the hospitals can cause a hindrance while imposing new organization structure in the healthcare provider. The number of the beds will be increased to meet the community needs along with different services provided by the service provider to the patients. The vision of the hospital will be restored i.e. providing positive health to the patients References Ashkenas, R., Ulrich, D., Jick, T., Kerr, S.
